Delete your Cronyx account

Cronyx is run by Krew Base Network Ltd, 22A Maryport Road, Cardiff CF23 5JX, United Kingdom. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Cronyx and sign in.
2. Tap your avatar to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

It happens straight away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Everything: your account, synced emails, deals, plans, scripts, Studio videos, support messages, notifications and devices. Any subscription is cancelled (Google Play and Stripe) and Gmail access is revoked at Google. Nothing is kept, except that backups containing your data are overwritten within 14 days.
